Property
The building is about to go through a ton of modernization renovations to the common area, much needed. The apartment itself was nice with a small balcony. But the associate fees (not a deposit) were exhorbinant.
Management
The staff was plenty nice running a bit behind and new to the property but was able to answer most the questions.
