Cats and dogs up to 45lbs allowed with no additional pet fee. Walk through videos are included in the slideshow. We conduct both virtual and in-person showings by appointment (primarily on weekdays around lunchtime, but we have some flexibility). Two Victorian era Row Homes that were converted to apartments nearly 100 years ago. Located on beautiful East Capitol Street (one of the premier Capitol Hill locations), just three block walk to Eastern Market. Short walk to Lincoln Park and walkable to Union Station as well.
