The perfect spot for enjoying one of DC's most "livable, walkable neighborhoods". First floor studio (one story above ground) overlooking 3rd St. NE. High ceilings, radiator heat, updated kitchen and bath. Building has onsite laundry (coin-operated), resident manager, and cable and wi-fi options. We pay heat and water, tenants just pay for electric (approx $20/month) and gas for the stove (approx. $10/month). The last image of the slideshow is a video tour of the apartment... Cats ok, but no other pets. On-Street Parking.
