Property
I looked at three units (the one listed and two others..a jr. one bedroom and another studio). All were facing a large highway (295 or 395) and a construction site which is between the highway and the building. There’s a large hole there and while the foundation has been built, which is where much of the noise comes from, I imagine there will still be noise from the building as well as a lot of dust, especially come the warmer months. In addition, the highway is noisy. The one on the higher floor does have a nice view of the Capital if you can get past everything else.

Everyone in office was super nice and helpful.
