     Property

    Well lit from outside and cozy on the third floor. This property needs some work and Maintenance has confirmed that they're waiting for approval to start work. Previous tenant smoked and the carpet will need to be replaced. Just one star off because it looks like management is taking care of this. Overall it looks good!

     Management

    Very responsive team and I found staff to be quite personable even though we were just looking!
