Carmel Pines is a quiet, garden community for seniors (age 55 and over). We are centrally located in downtown Walnut Creek, across the street from the back entrance to Civic Park, with convenient access to shopping, the Free Ride shuttle, the Walnut Creek Senior Center, library, etc. Many utilities are included with the rent: water, heat, trash, and sewer. We also have a special group rate cable plan, which is significantly lower than the open-market rate. Our friendly management and maintenance staff is always ready to help.
