Tenants pay all utilities. Pets allowed with a $300 non-refundable fee per pet and $50 per month additional rent per pet up to 2 pets. Non- Aggressive pets only. To move in all adults living in home will need to be approved. You can apply at our website. Application fee is $45.00 per adult. Move in fees- a security deposit equal to at least 1 month rent + $295 in non refundable fees, first month rent and $300 pet fee per pet if applicable. Other fees may apply. Proof of renter insurance policy is required before lease start date or you will be billed for and covered by ePremium. We respond to messages during normal business hours. We show properties M-F 9:00 to 4:30 pm or so.
