500 E Dakota #1 is a spacious one bedroom apartment in Tripp, SD. The kitchen living room area is large and open making very spacious. The bathroom is large with a tub, shower combination. The bedroom is large with a good sized closet. There is a large yard around the apartment. There is off street parking in a large parking lot. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
