Month to Month rental agreement upon approved application and satisfactory background/credit check. 720+ Credit score, NO bankruptcies, NO collections or negative notations of any kind. Income verification of 3 times monthly rental amount is required. Maximum occupancy 2 persons, per bedroom, +1, no exceptions. Owner pays for grounds keeping, water and trash pickup. Renter is responsible for electric, cable/satellite TV and phone and internet, if desired. Security Deposit of 1 x month rental amount. $35 application fee. $50 monthly pet rent, if applicable.
