The Ridge

You can work anywhere and live at The Ridge. First, you can jump on I-475 at Airport Highway in about one quick minute and be anywhere in about 20 minutes. It's only 8 minutes to jobs and restaurants at Arrowhead Park. At only 13 minutes to UTMC Hospital, The Ridge is the closest "Class A" property to that campus. It's also only 13 minutes to Flower Hospital. We're only 16 minutes to the University of Toledo main campus, 17 minutes to Perrysburg, and 20 minutes to downtown Toledo. The Ridge offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. The brickwork, architectural style, and landscaping and design of The Ridge is simply excellent. All of our apartments at The Ridge have their own side-by-side washers and dryers. The two and three bedroom apartments each have two bathrooms. Some apartments have fireplaces. The floor plans are spacious, functional, and The landscaping is well maintained. We're very proud of The Ridge. Over the past few years, Maple Grove has been renovated to like-new condition with new paving, new siding, new windows, new appliances, new floor covering, new cabinets, new air conditioning, new furnaces, and new landscaping.
