Welcome to Tetherwood Place! Located conveniently in West Toledo, our one bedroom apartment homes have plenty of open space. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and air conditioning unit. Enjoy new laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom for easy cleanup and fresh carpet in the living and bedroom for comfort. No need to find a laundromat or outside maintenance, as we have onsite laundry and an attentive full-time maintenance staff!

Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. We do not accept dogs as pets.
Applicants must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $50.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference OR co-signer for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $99 for applicants with a credit score above 620 and a full deposit for credit scores under 620.
