Built in 1968, with 3 stories the apartments on the upper levels have access to a private balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the greenery.
The community comes with several benefits such as laundry facilities in each building, controlled access, green space, as well as rentable storage spaces. We offer onsite management and maintenance as well as after-hours emergency maintenance. Off street parking is available and there are plenty of spaces for guests that come to visit. The community is located in the Washington Local School district with bus stops in front of the community for all students that attend. All units and common areas (inside the buildings) are smoke free.
