Here are a few key things to know: Application Requirements: Minimum monthly household income (twice the monthly rent) Copy of Social Security card (or TIN) Copy of ID (driver's license or other form of government issued ID) Copy of pay stubs from previous 2 months (proving minimum income requirement) Credit score of 600 or above Good rental history $45 application fee (in check or money order) per adult Lease Terms: 12 months Security Deposit: $500- 2 months rent depending on application results. Pet Deposit: $300 (refundable) Pet Fee: $100 (non-refundable) Pet Rent: $35 (maximum of 2) Renter's Insurance required *If your application is accepted you will 72 hours to make a final decision and pay any fees (either move-in or a holding fee)
