La Victoria Commons is currently under construction with an expected opening of Spring 2026. The leasing office is NOT open and the property is NOT available for tours at this time. We anticipate the office opening Mid-February and the 1st move-ins happening in late March 2026.

Our community will feature spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with large windows, a full appliance package, in unit washers and dryers, limited covered parking, and bicycle storage. The community will feature on-site services for residents, an integrated clinic and a cafe.
Our excellent location is minutes from the 101 freeway and on both the bus and light rail lines. Shopping, restaurants and recreation are all within a short distance from the community. The Escalante Multi-generational Center is an easy walk or drive from the community as is Riverview Park.
