Saint Andrews Square Townhomes

St Andrews Square is a townhouse community. The entire community was recently refreshed inside and out. The buildings were painted and the gardens were replaced. gravel installed in plant beds and parking areas numbered and lined. All units have private yards or overlook a tree reserve. This community is an oasis just off Dale Mabry and Linebaugh. The interior of the units has been upgraded with new refreshed kitchen cabinet doors including new doors and pulls, new granite, and new stainless steel appliances. The units have all hard flooring upstairs and down. There is a sconce light in the living room. Upstairs there is two ample-sized room. The bedrooms feature mirrored closet doors and light fan units where possible. The bathrooms have granite counters and updated flooring and paint. All door hardware has been replaced. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two parking units included. The common areas are park-like with the new gardens and grass areas. Small pets are accepted with a non-refundable deposit. Common utilities start at $65 per person per month extra and vary depending on the number of occupants. The tenant is responsible for the unit's electrical. We do a 1-year lease.
