It includes a restored full-service elevator, controlled access entry, laundry facilities, off street parking, and it's own Pizza Parlor. Located in Tacoma's up and coming Theatre District, it's conveniently situated near all the Major Bus Lines, Freeways, The Tacoma Link Light Rail, Opera Alley, the coastline and waterfront, and only minutes from Point Defiance Ferry, Park, and Zoo. The Theatre District is a hub of restaurants, shopping, nightlight life, galleries, and entertainment. The area is easily bikeable and has a walk score of 96! This top floor Studio Apartment has been remodeled and updated. The Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances and granite counter top space. It features finished hardwood flooring throughout, radiator heating, and separate storage space in the unit. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and cats and small dogs are allowed.
