What isn't to love about this building? It's small with only 10-units. You get a reserved parking space along with a great residential location and they always say the best real estate is all about location! This isn't a building with bells and whistles because let's face it....most people don't end up actually using those features. We love the simplicity of this arrangement because it has what matters. You won't get lost in a sea of buildings and people. It's like living in a cul-de-sac! That said, the #1 reason to love it here are the views. It's hard to get such a view at a better price. And the best day to stay at home, believe it or not, is the 4th of July because the show around the Bay is priceless! Call to tour!!
