Please looks nice, seemed well taken care of, at least the building I visited and the apt too. Some of them are really small. I loved it. However, after doing a little research online, I decided not to follow through with them. My main concern was public safety and apparently, safety is the last thing on the mind of the landlord, if I am to believe all the reviews I’ve seen online.

They did great in answering anything we needed but sucks and is stupid we have a great rental references for past 2 years but we don't have any credit it says limited credit cause no accounts for over 3 years but that also means that we have no debt either but because we didn't have credit they would not accept us as new tenants without a credit score being 600 or higher they wouldn't even let us do it with their 5% conditional acceptance fee they didn't even offer for us to pay more they just said no we can't rent to you this sucks...
