Commonspace. An innovative way of living, working and making human connections. We are all social creatures, and the best versions of ourselves are expressed when we do so in a group. Our goal is to foster the creation of neighborhoods in buildings by designing socially charged spaces. Commonspace is comprised of CS Jefferson, CS Montgomery, and CS Warren. CS Jefferson offers furnished micro-lofts. Residents have access to shared spaces on both floors for a balance of private living space, common areas, and shared services. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and an abundance of natural light. Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings. Pets are not permitted at CS Jefferson. CS Warren offers larger micro-lofts, 1 bedroom and multi-bedroom lofts, with different levels of furnishing available. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and natural light. Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings. There are 3 pet-friendly floors in CS Warren. CS Montgomery is perfect for anyone who wants all the social perks of living in a connected neighborhood, but desires a little more private space. Featuring spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, the highly detailed original custom plaster work lines many of the corridors and makes an appearance in several rooms of this former Masonic Temple. CS Montgomery is pet friendly. Commonspace Work is housed on the lower floors of our building- offering coworking space, conference rooms, and private offices. All Commonspace residents have access to open coworking spaces at Commonspace Work during business hours.

Centered on downtown Syracuse, 13202 blends the historic brick blocks of Armory, Hanover, and Clinton squares with modern lofts, galleries, and venues. Expect four true seasons—snowy, lake-effect winters and sunny, festival-filled summers—plus an easygoing, creative vibe anchored by the Everson Museum, the Landmark Theatre, and the Oncenter. Recent Zillow market trends show a median asking rent in the mid-$1,500s, with most listings ranging roughly from the low $1,100s to the low $2,300s. Foodies gravitate to Pastabilities, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, the Salt City Market food hall, and cafés like Cafe Kubal and Recess Coffee; Armory Square’s boutiques, the Downtown Co-op grocery on South Salina Street, and the seasonal Clinton Square farmers market make errands simple. Green pockets and the Onondaga Creekwalk invite walking, jogging, and biking, and Metro Fitness Downtown and boutique studios cover workouts. Centro’s transit hub and fast access to I-81 and I-690 streamline commuting, with Syracuse University and the hospital campuses just up the hill. The neighborhood draws young professionals, students, and empty-nesters, is broadly pet friendly, and offers family-friendly go-tos such as the MOST science museum and winter ice skating at Clinton Square.
