In addition to the rent, tenants also pay $5 per month for pest control, $15 per month for trash service, as well as water/sewer and garbage service reimbursement based on the size of the apartments. A credit score of 700 or higher will require a minimum of one month as deposit, between 600 and 699 requires a deposit of at least two months rent. Applicants with a credit or AI score below 600 do not qualify. Pets are restricted to only non-aggressive breeds, must be below 20 pounds and are subject to a $40 monthly pet fee (per pet). All animals must be spayed or neutered and must have current vaccination and health records from a licensed veterinarian.
