Management
When I requested a viewing, you are sent an email from an AI assistant, not an actual person. I asked numerous times, days before the viewing and up to the day of the viewing, for them to confirm my viewing time and give me a contact number but I never received a response. I showed up to the property, after renting a car for the day to drive up to viewings, unsure if my viewing was confirmed and if there would be someone to show me around. There was no personal viewing, they just gave us a key and let us go to the unit ourselves.

Property
Rent was too high considering how the rental units actually looked. Very small, old, dark, not exciting at all. Their selling point was the community, which didn't look as amazing as it did on their ad, but the actual units you live in were not worth the money you pay to live there. Not a great location either (unless you work for a tech company up there); far away from shops and transit.
