     Management

    We scheduled to look at property. They said we would need to wait until following day to look at property. When we arrived, we saw it would fit our family's needs and stated our desire to secure the lease. The agent said he couldn't handle it but said we had to go online rather than head to office. Given a sense of relative assurance on lease, we went back to work which gave a couple hours lapse before online application start. The unit was then said to be leased when I texted agent. Unbelievable. They lost A+, dream renters over very poor communication - not to mention the waste of our time. Terrible
