     Management

    We have made a $500 holding fee on Dec. 24, 2020, which was good for 2 weeks. As I am writing this, we have 2 days until our 2 weeks is up, and still no lease has been sent, even though Ivy and her co-worker Brandi assured us the lease has been sent to our (mine and my mother's) email. We have confirmed our email at least 3 times and still nothing.

    Everything looks nice, except for a small hole in the carpet as you enter the master bedroom. It's nice that the utilities are paid.
