We accept all housing so long as the applicant meets all listed criteria. No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. First month rent, last month rent deposit and security deposit. Each persons over 18 must meet following criteria: -620+ credit score minimum with timely payments to revolving accounts -Good rental history of at least 1 year, no evictions -Stable source of income of at least 1 year (employment, SSI, assistance etc.) Weekdays only. $35.00 app fee per person over 18. Married must apply separately. We will not accept reusable comprehensive reports, and all applicants must apply through our personal website. Items that may result in denial of application include but are not limited to insufficient credit history or timely payments on revolving accounts, collections on credit report, lack of rental history or lack of timely rental payments, insufficient work history, any crimes against persons or property, or similar crimes.
