Evergreen is a 29-unit affordable housing community which provides project based rental assistance. Units are either 2 or 3 bedrooms spread out between 7 buildings. We do accept vouchers! Managed by the John Stewart Company, we are committed to improving the quality and accessibility of affordable housing in the city of South Lake Tahoe. We pride ourselves in maintaining and managing a property where our residents can live affordably in our beautiful city.
