Property
The unit was well laid out and in average shape. The dealbreaker for me was that it faced a busy street and had no air conditioning. Overall the property could use a facelift.
Management
I give 5 stars to Jed, the property manager. He was very kind and courteous and always replied promptly to emails leading up to my visit.
