In Selma AL we have 3 different floor plans- Not remodeled, Partially remodeled and Completely remodeled with varying 1-bed/1 bath and 2-bed/2 bath units available. Approved pets allowed with a $200 pet registration fee and $50/monthly pet rent (max 2 pet per unit). Our insurance does not allow the following dog breeds under any circumstances: Pit Bulls (including St. Francis Terriers, American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweilers, Dobermans, Wolf Hybrids, Akitas, Chows, Presa Canarios, and predominant mixed breeds of those on this restricted list. Rental application requirements: -Each adult that will live in the property must complete a --rental application. -No evictions within the past 3 years. -No violence against others convictions, no damage to property convictions and no drug convictions in the past 3 years.
