Yale Apartments are well located in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood- providing convenient access to many great shops and restaurants. Serafina and Cicchetti are just around the corner as well as Armistice Coffee. The Haymaker, Siam on Eastlake and Grand Central Bakery are also within a stones throw. Terry Pettus Park is a small city park on the edge of Lake Union, a perfect place to have a picnic or dip your toes in the water to cool off on a hot day. This top floor corner unit faces Southwest and has an amazing view of South Lake Union and the Space Needle. It has hardwood floors throughout, small breakfast nook off the kitchen, washer/dryer stack in the bathroom and an efficient galley kitchen. There is a $100 per month utility fee (water/sewer/garbage). At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
