IMPORTANT NOTICE Approved applicants are expected to pay the required holding deposit online ASAP to secure the rental unit in the resident portal, or the next approved applicant in line will get the opportunity to do so. The holding deposit will only be accepted AFTER you have toured the unit in person. Note that we do not hold units for anyone without said holding deposit. Renters to verify all information listed before signing a lease. Any stolen keys, trespassers, or squatters with no payment, or no lease agreement will be reported to the police immediately. Violators will be blacklisted. TO APPLY: Any 3rd party applications will NOT be considered. Application fee is $50.00, required for each adult occupant.
