     Property

    The apartment itself is ok. However, the hallway carpet reeks with disinfectant or something and is filthy--a pit to come home to every day. Given only one entrance, escape during a fire or major disaster would be treacherous. An exit at back of building opens onto an underground parking area that is barred off and locked. In 2024, this building does not maintain composting service and dumpsters have been full for the week I have spent surveying an otherwise lovely Lake City neighborhood. I returned home deeply disappointed.
