We have units available ranging in price from $1,695- $1,795 per month for the "A Building" at the Maverick, and $1605 - $1,625 for the "B Building"! We are supplying free wifi with Xfinity! Garage Parking at the Maverick Garage is $220 per month. Inside cats only, please; i.e., they will be confined to the apartment at all times; not allowed to be loose on the property. Pet Deposit:1 time payment of 20% of monthly rent for 1 cat or 25% for 2 cats. Limit of 2 cats per apartment. Sorry no dogs. Fully Refundable Deposit is $1,200 - $1,300 depending on unit!
