The Lynnyale was built in 1928. This classy three story building has 30 studios. Each unit has hardwood floors, lots of old world charm and includes a full kitchen, full size fridge, large windows and full bathroom, some units also include amazing views of Lake Union. The building has onsite laundry facility. There is also secure parking below the building. The Lynnyale is located in the Eastlake area.
