Management
The residents manager or their public relations person was friendly. What frustrated me was that this is one of those apartment complexes that is run with exclusionary terms. If you are a single parent with kids of different gender, they still will not allow you a 3 bed apt. I know this is a ruling from above but it is exclusionary and quite madding as someone that desperately needs a home for my family.
