The Bristol Apartments is a beautiful classic fully remodeled 1908 Seattle brick building located in the heart of Capitol Hill. No other area in the city has as much to offer in such a close distance as Capitol Hill. Mere blocks from all you could want or need, including the new Light Rail Station, all the major bus lines, and the Seattle Street Car, as well as multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife galore. 305 is a top floor 1bed unit situated on the North side. There are hardwood floors throughout, an efficient galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking. Cats and small dogs (under 25lbs) are welcome.
