COSTS

* Security deposit: 50% of 1st month's rent

* Off street parking fee: $130/month when available. Otherwise, RPZ permits are inexpensive and according to tenants, nearby parking is easy to find
This apartment is on the first floor of a very nice 4-unit building located is a quiet residential neighborhood in North Capitol Hill, yet only blocks away from all the Broadway shops and restaurants, including our local grocery store, local library, and UPS and FedEx outlets. You can walk to Broadway in under 5 minutes or take a 3-minute stroll to the West entrance of Seattle's beautiful Volunteer Park. The Seattle Asian Art Museum and botanical garden and conservatory are also located within the 48 acres of Volunteer Park. Or you can simply take a nearby bus to downtown Seattle, the University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Central Community College, major hospitals and medical clinics, and multiple other establishments or districts located a short distance from Capitol Hill.
