Parke Place is conveniently located off exit 1 on 95 just over the border from Massachusetts making us easily accessible to 95, 495 and route 1. Being set back in the woods with plenty of open space allows for a quiet, peacefull home setting that is still very convenient for commuters. There are multiple shopping plazas nearby and local beaches are only a short drive away. br/ br/ Parke Place is set apart from other apartment communities in the area. Our townhomes have private entrances and fenced in backyard patios with potting sheds. We offer the most spacious floor plans in the area at a great value. Come home to comfort and convenience with a washer and drier in every townhome, central area, a fully applianced eat in kitchen with dishwasher, and a seasonal pool with salt water filter. We welcome your four legged family members and have a couple of fenced in leash free areas for dogs as well as designated pet walk areas to keep our community clean.
