Most utilities are included in your rent and residents enjoy a convenient location close to the post office, banks and the library.With on-site Service Coordination to support your needs, you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with living in a community.Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and its affiliate, SeniorCare Network, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, have created Commons of Saxonburg for seniors 62 and older or mobility-impaired adults 18 or older who qualify based on their income. Residents of Commons of Saxonburg must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
