Midtown Commons Apartments is a 34-unit complex and just a two-minute walk to the center of down town Santa Rosa. This second floor unit offers brand new flooring and carpet throughout the apartment as well as an updated bathroom without ruining the vintage style of the unit. The unit is equipped with a gas stove and has ample counter space for a single individual or a couple. This unit has lots of windows and offers great natural light year round. This is a very friendly and fairly quite complex, it is mainly comprised of young couples and professionals starting their careers. We are pet friendly if the animals are 25lbs or smaller and you are willing to pay an additional deposit/pet fee. The unit also includes one parking space. and has access to one of the two on site laundry rooms.
