It is ideally located steps from Santa Monica Beach, picturesque Palisades Park, the Santa Monica Promenade, the Santa Monica Pier, and world-class shopping, restaurant's and nightlife.
We offered three types of apartments.
BACHELOR apartments have a living space with a large closet, kitchenette area with only a small refrigerator and microwave, no stove and a bathroom.
STUDIO apartments have a nice size living space, full kitchen and dining area. A separate dressing area and bathroom.
ONE-BEDROOM have a living room, bedroom, full kitchen and dining and a separate dressing area and bathroom.
