Also a short stroll to 3rd Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Pier which have the best restaurants and shopping in LA. Our one- and two-bedroom apartments are artfully appointed with modern quality finishes, wood grain laminate flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit, rain showers, and LED bathroom mirrors. Inside our community you will find a relaxing heated pool and well as a beautiful rooftop sky deck with amazing city and ocean views.
