**Off-campus STUDENT HOUSING ONLY ** The perfect off-campus student community is just footsteps away from Santa Barbara City College and the beach. Beach City is an innovative student community with residents who are passionate about learning, living and prospering. Apartments come furnished with all utilities even Wi-Fi! That means that we've got you covered for your water bill, electric bill, trash bill, Wi-Fi, cable and more! Community Activities/Events: At Beach City, Campus 880, San Andres, Weldon, and 1056 Cliff properties, we strive to foster a sense of community and connection among our residents. To support this goal, we include a $150 annual activity fee per bed lease. This fee helps fund engaging community events, social gatherings, and activities designed to bring everyone together and enhance your living experience! Each unit comes fully equipped with a flat-screen television, couches, a coffee table, a modern dining room with chairs and tables, extra-long beds with drawers, and so much more. Residents also enjoy perks like access to bus stops that make it easy to navigate to downtown Santa Barbara/ Isla Vista along with community events like trivia night, yoga lessons, and food trucks!
