Our pet-friendly community also offers a barbecue and picnic area, playground, and fitness center. Just outside our grounds, you can take a stroll through one of the city's many parks, including Souyen Park and Bellingham Squareeach within proximity to your front door. At Canyon Oaks, you'll also be well-positioned to access the entire Bay Area, from San Francisco to San Jose. We're close to BART, bus lines on Bollinger Canyon Road, and interstates 580 and 680. Our location is a comfortable and convenient home base surrounded by great schools, parks, and entertainment. Canyon Oaks at Windmere is a part of the Affordable Program and has income restrictions that will be expiring on October 1, 2026. All units are moderate (110% and 120% AMI) income-restricted.
