It was a beautifully maintained property with wonderful amenities.

Vincent was a most professional and friendly property manager. He lead me through the Ryan Towers and Monterey Garden Apartments answering my questions knowledgeably and explained very clearly the different and special features of each apartment. He was very hospitable and kind.
