I was glad to see how clean the property was. Apartments were clean and had great amenities throughout the property. Our guide was very friendly and helpful.

Dear Zillow: The front-office property management and its clerks though Courteous and Officious were utterly and also completely useless. The visitation to take a look-see, let alone the arduous, onerous, egregious, and confiscatory background & credit check was enough to leave me breathless and resigned to homelessness. It had all the earmakes of a gangster-run rental operation that promises eff-you and "No we're not going to refund your background and credit check" if we don't like what we see or what it suggests". There used to be a newspaper comic strip titled "There Oughta Be A Law" and there still oughta be for the kind of treatment and virtual rape your branch of the housing industry is engaged in. I know a lot of tenants are hopeless and "silent" dope addicts and are shamefully predatory to their landlord hosts but then so is your property management industry — I'd pay plenty to make a gentleman's bet to vet my eligibility as a credit-worthy tenant than go through this degrading and abusive eligibility process to rent your very pedestrian rental property — it's a process that is utterly degrading, abusive, invasive and so contractually unfair. I know your office underlings are only following orders to keep their jobs, but I hope someday soon you find yourselves on the other end of this kind of treatment that is anything but abuse and mistreatment. I can't say enough how bad your industry is treating us — I know all this is true becasue I just left a place that I lived in for 17 years that treated me as scum even though I paid the rent on time for everyone of those 17 years that never met habitability for a pigsty — and now that I need a new place that property owner even if they were inclined to re-rent to me couldn't treat me any worse than you are to me now even though they were slumlords to a farethewell. If you watch TV, I can only think of two things to mention as material metaphors to the mutual issue at hand: "John Buys (and Steals) Bay Area Houses" and the sound-byte "Breaking Bad" is a bottomless pit of social collapse that permeates every aspect for both the homed and the homeless — God help us — Nothing personal Zillow, you're just MORE than just part of the problem. I better stop and send this before I completely lose it.
