This is a very nice one bedroom unit near the corner of North Point and Hyde streets. It is extremely well appointed and has all the modern conveniences you would want in a nice apartment. The building contains 14 apartments and most of the building has been remodeled to a very high quality level. The unit is on the third floor on the north side of the building, which means it is away from the street and very quiet. It has a very nice partial view towards the east bay. It has been completely remodeled. It has all new double paned windows with screens and real wood blinds. The kitchen of the unit includes maple laminate cabinets, granite counters and near new appliances. There is a high quality gas range, built in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, fridge and freezer.
