    Cozy, clean studios for lease. Our first floor studios come with vinyl plank flooring and in the second floor units we have carpet in the studios and vinyl planks in the bathroom and kitchen. We are located just off I-5 and Washington St. which is close proximity to our beautiful beaches, vibrant downtown, Old Town, Hillcrest, and North Park. Studio apartments come with a gas stove and oven, a refrigerator and a gas wall heater. Resident pays for electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash. We provide one parking permit per home. Our Security Deposit is $500 on approved credit and up to the monthly rent on credit scores below a 675. We welcome cats and dogs with a $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. Six Month Lease required.
