    Yes, I reviewed the apartment at the same time I wrote a brief review of Anna, manager, my agent, and Jamie, the Community Manager, in the previous box. Your company benefits from both Anna and Jamie's endeavors to create a warm welcoming, eagernesss to resolve any issues you may have, and are willing to make a special effort to do something for you. Their deameanor is professional, understanding, and friendly giving you the very best experience in leasing an apartment.

    I will be renting an apartment at IDEA 1 due to the apartment itself, and the affordability in comparison to other downtown rentals as well as Anna, a manger. She is personable, knowledgeable and an asset to IDEA 1. She was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile. Jamie is the Community Manager. She is also welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist with any concerns.
