     Property

    It looks like the property has been remodeled. Fresh gray and white paint and nice appliances. Seems to have the best prices in the neighborhood. The staff was nice and offered me snacks and drinks. I saw the model and looks like it's going to work!

     Management

    The property manager seem to know everybody's name. They seem to be very friendly.
