Literally 2 blocks from capitol and 1 block from church building/temple/conference center. * Most tenants are 20-35 working professionals, some going to school as well grad school , law student, pre med , economics, international students,financial firms, tech, healthcare, hospitality, non profit firms, etc. Many also work downtown as well. *You should pass the basic roommate test .
