    The leasing guy was amazing friendly honest and seemed to really care I want to rent the place because he was so great

    The leasing agent weren't given much flexibility on pricing, they are vague on rental amount, indicated that price changed every day. Sounds to me like a currency changed every day not rental, especially on a large community. Theres got to be a consistency of at least a month and not changed by the day
